Qualifying Undisputed Existence, Excellence, & Noble Standards (Q.U.E.E.N.S.) recognizes the lack of supportive services for adolescents who are experiencing negative outcomes at home & school. The increased demands on existing resources, and negative behaviors in school and society, have produced an unstable community environment.  Qualifying Undisputed Existence, Excellence, & Noble Standards address and assist female adolescents and parents/caregivers reduce the current crises, stabilize lives and environment, and to learn new behaviors and coping skills that ultimately assist in preparing youths to be productive citizens.

The Q.U.E.E.N.S. organization provides a multi-facet program including:
Life skills-individualized assessments are made to help participants explore how to make crucial decisions concerning self, others, and society.
Word cell-a youth empowerment session that opens the door to issues and solutions that affect youths present struggles with common societal pitfalls, i.e., teen pregnancy, cyber-bullying, alcohol & drug abuse, school dropout, etc.
Academic mentoring -college mentors work with young ladies to assist with all school related activities.
